Fernett Wastewater Heat Exchanger Type Vesuv
Custom designed and manufactured wastewater heat exchanger for laundries, dye works and other facilities with larger amounts of hot or warm wastewater or process fluids. Our heat exchangers are also well-suited for use in combination with a heat pump.
In addition to its use in the MONSUN-VESUV combination, the VESUV system represents an independent functional unit for wastewater heat recovery. The FERNETT design solves and eliminates the key challenges in wastewater heat exchange: high maintenance and efficiency loss due to dirt and pollutants.
The system works almost maintenance-free without any efficiency loss due to its open design. Effective energy savings are consistently monitored and recorded. The self-purifying effect of the turbulent water flow over the surface of the absorber panels is crucial for both service-free operation and excellent heat exchange properties.
