How does it work?
The exclusive “Global Restoration System” raises sunken manhole covers and refurbishes defect manhole covers - all in a fraction of the time of traditional manhole repairs.
The Global Restoration System stands for exceptional quality and longevity in the manhole restoration process. The “Global Restoration System" is the only system that has successfully implemented the Self-Leveling System for existing manholes.
The Global Self-Leveling System replaces the traditional manhole frame with the new “Self-Leveling Frame”. The Self-Leveling Frame offers unique advantages. When properly installed, the “Self-Leveling System” becomes an integrated component of the road surface and does not rest on the shaft. It therefore settles on the road and not the shaft.

No Seam between Cover and Road. Due to the angular construction of the frame in a cross-cut, no pressed seam develops between the road and the cover. Additional sealing of the seam is not necessary.

Retractable. Once the upper flange is exposed, the complete cover can be lifted off or pulled out. The slightly conic configuration of the vertical frame shaft avoids clogging up during the raising process.

Evenly spread good sealing around the shaft area. Compacting of the cover during the sealing of the road guarantees that the sealing around the shaft is as good as the rest of the traveled surface.

Protection of the shafts through more favorable spreading of the weight on the roads. The upper rim of the frame reaches into the road cover, thereby the weight on the cover is first transferred to the road and consequently to the shaft only to a small degree.

Noise-free positioning of the joint cover. Cover with joint for safety and for easy maintenance.

Feasibility for heavily used traffic areas. Self-leveling covers can be installed in particularly heavily used areas, such as before traffic lights, in curves, in areas with tire tracks caused by heavy traffic as well as rising and falling areas.

High degree of safeguard against breaking. Use of globular graphite mold (GGG)
