Wastewater Heat Exchangers
FERNETT wastewater heat exchangers work almost maintenance free due to their open design (wastewater flows freely across the heat exchanger plate on the surface). The resulting film flow and the swirling provide a fast and efficient heat transfer and reliable self purification. Even severe pollution of the wastewater by fibers, lint, micro-particles, or bigger waste products is not an obstacle. Cleaning can take place during ongoing operation should there still be an occasional deposit inside the heat exchanger.
FERNETT heat exchangers are also well suited for use in combination with a heat pump. Installations can be done inside as well as outdoors.
